Los Angeles Poet Society presents 100 Thousand Poets/ Musicians/ Voices for Change!!!

On being adopted...

It's an extraordinary feeling, as an artist or creative of any sort, to be backed by a BAND of artists! This type of nurturing is what I am experiencing having been newly added as the baby of the Punk Hostage Press publishing unit! Punk Hostage Press Wow -- I dig that name... let the bad-asses of literature LIVE, and let their words breathe to the people of the world. Epic. I am so honored and so glad to have been adopted by Iris Berry and A. Razor -- I hope I make them proud and ignite passion from my words! It's like having everything to gain and everything to lose on one coin...the gambler in me extends a hand to those dice. I'm all in baby! One of the 1st events I get to join the PHP with is 100 Thousand Poets for Change ! I'll be reading as one of the L.A. Women of Punk Hostage Press! What an honor! You know I'm all about LA and being a woman! Hells yes! Plus, 100 TPC is an event I hold dearly since its conception in 2010! September 27, ...
