Once Inside You

missing your pressence around my body; the dark and the everlasting light. 11pm walks through the city chasing the curves of sunset clouds and moonbeam peaking,  like your ruffled blouse. the ends of your alleys make me sore, feet caressing every needle, every marble stone, and all those faces meshing eyes, pattern my trotting absurdities. a smoke in the cleansing rain until i am washed into rescue, uncertain how the words will penetrate; travel the sound of swishing lips and damp tongues pulling and curling on time. always on time.  a tempo worth beating into your stalks; your finessed legs pressing, shoving me along deeper, to feel all of you, undressed in the mirror chanting, posing, holding in rapture.  bring me up once again, so i may never forget the taunting hum snapping back like rubber on your pleasant derriere.  jessica m wilson cardenas

Para mis Padres

When I saw you today, I felt petrified. The first time seeing you again, like I saw you when I entered the earth. A tunnel of promises, family that tries to save you repeatedly; the way love is shown. This is what it felt like to stand 6 feet away from you after not seeing you for two months. Jessica M. Retrospect of 2 twenty twenty twenty

Today is a day to be grateful for. I had so much fun. I think it was because of the way I was able to float from one event to the next to the next to the next. I really enjoy my freedom. The feeling like the cage is lifted...and I get to pamper myself in between. Aside from getting to take a real girly girl shower...one that includes scrubbing with delicious smelling soap, and soak my feet, take care of any shaving... It was awesome. There are days that go by where I don't get to do all this basic me time...like showering. Crazy right? I guess it's because I have 2 kids under 3 years old. ayyyyyyy yi yi yi. Well, that got to happen today... baby Sol tried peeing on the potty... and well it's pretty impressive since he is only 18 months old. Today Luna counted to 12, without any prompting or guidance...she just started counting the beads on her necklace. She was confident and just counted. I am so proud of her. She says more and more words each day, speaks in longer se...

For Juan Guapo de Guanajuato ;)

Ode to my love on our 6 month anniversary -- You made the air reach my lungs and my blood run around until it was as rapid as my heart with each touch of your hand, a whiff of your hair, or a stare into your honeyed eyes. My favorite human being in this place I never knew love could be so happy as the day you crept into my mind, planting Doors to everywhere I've never been... My love, thank you. - Jessica M. Hobbyists

When you woke up today, did you think of yourself as performing for someone? Are you on a showcase for superstars? A new reality of your own to make shine... What if you reached up to grab at your knees pull them inside your chest, caving; the carving of anatomical complexities, just wide to imagine. Open your mouth and let the air flow in like a falling star from gravity entering beyond orbit into lungs, beating heart -- a hobby. I breathe, to make myself more useful. A hobbyist. Open large, exhale loud -- a hobby. Just an action to a reaction to an action, deliberate or not. A hobby. Talked on the phone today heard from mom and dad. They seemed to want to care today. Seemed to feel the need to understand their daughter, a living entity all on her own, a living victory of their mismatched seeds. A final exam of master-hood. Creation. Yet, still my breath to them -- a hobby. - Jessica M. Wilson

The Children

The Children We are all the sons and daughters of indigenous. Oh, you didn’t know? Well, it’s not your fault. Don’t blame your ancestors. They fought hard, believe me. Wouldn’t you have fought to keep your home? Well they fought, but the other team won. They won with their weapons and their masses. Won with bullets piercing soft skin a shower of assault upon peaceful lands. The settlers settle for the land we were bore from. The conquerors kill the people applying their own rules: Irrigation Violation No justification We are the sons and daughters of indigenous blood. Don’t blame our ancestors who didn’t understand the words only saw the swords, the bayonets, the forces, of the other army. We are all casualties of war. -           Jessica M. Wilson Dineh daughter. One Month Away!

In one month, I get to marry the most loving person I've ever met in my lifetime! Juan Adrian Cardenas, thank you for loving me.   Te amo! I have been in bliss ever since I've met him...and I can't believe how well I could ever get along with another human being. This is a wonderful gift, and I hope all of humanity gets the opportunity to experience this. Dreams come true. You must NEVER give up on yourself. You must also believe that you are WORTH every bit of happiness. You must cherish YOURSELF first before you find true love... True Love Never Diez... :) Love for yourself is really the primary thing...do what you love, be who you want to be... and your energy will exude into the ether...sending out pheromones, this is the attraction. Be yourself... you ARE the attraction. It's so possible, just never give up...that is my advice. Not sure if anyone asked, but I had to write this down. This is the path I've taken, which has led me to Juan. Led ...

In loving memory of Cathy Greene

Bless the ground in its sacred realness. Bless the heart in its awareness   what it means to feel sister brother friend another   someone to hold, to tell quaint tales, fables of self, the realness that bites, the spirit to fight, a thirst to quench. These are the stones, hot or cold; that holds to our skins, sensation of life. Liveliness that lives in breath. Breathe to accompany the heartbeat; the seed that plants a kindling, "you're here for me to love. We are family." ...and the need is there. Then peace. nestled in love and fondness for my friend Cathy Greene who passed this morning. please rest in peace 7/4/1957  - 8/4/13

Cantüs lets the "love shine on"!!! A new video!

I am so excited to present this song to the world! Cantüs' message is beautiful and I hope the world answers the call!

G'Bye

G'Bye I take the train to flee my love. Sometimes I smile and run from one end of reality to the other. Sometimes I understand why I'm running, so I go to sit on a rock  and explore truths. Never escaping...  Never completely. I then realize how my heart is tugged to his -- and no matter how often I try to release I'll continue to be his second self. ~ jessica m. wilson jac

There's a Poet in my Bed

There's a Poet in my bed, he dreams color inverted pyramids carouseling around his fingertips. thumb rings and sticky nails -- hands in the honey all the time. There's a Poet in my bed, he's verging hallucination, pulling sand dollars from my pockets. Poet in my bed strumming love on his soul... embers of red green, yellow flicker together turning eyes toes into bedside lullabies. ~ Jessica M. Wilson ( jac)

Still Remains

this is one of the most beautiful songs by Stone Temple Pilots ! tell me, what do you think it means?    "Still Remains" our bed we live, our bed we sleep making love and I become you flesh is warm with naked feet stabbing thorns and you become me oh, I'd beg for you. Oh, you know I'll beg for you. pick a song and sing a yellow nectarine take a bath, I'll drink the water that you leave if you should die before me ask if you can bring a friend pick a flower, hold your breath and drift away... she holds my hand we share a laugh, slipping orange blossom breezes love is still and sweat remains a cherished gift unselfish feeling... oh, I'd beg for you. Oh, you know I'll beg for you. pick a song and sing a yellow nectarine take a bath, I'll drink the water that you leave if you should die before me ask if you can bring a friend pick a flower, hold your b...
